艾迪注射液联合博来霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果观察

目的 探讨艾迪注射液联合博来霉素治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果.方法 选取2010年1月至2015年12月于本院进行诊治的132例恶性胸腔积液患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组患者给予传统恶性胸腔积液治疗方法,观察组患者则采用艾迪注射液联合博来霉素治疗方法.观察比较两组患者的临床治疗疗效、生活质量改善情况及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况.结果 ①观察组患者治疗有效率高达77.6％,显著高于对照组的55.4％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).②治疗后,观察组患者的KPS评分显著高于对照组[(80.0±6.5)vs.(72.5±5.8)];经过一段时间的治疗,观察组生活质量改善率为74.6％显著高于对照组的49.2％,下降率为4.5％显著低于对照组的15.4％;差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).③与对照组相比,观察组治疗过程中不良反应发生率显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 艾迪注射液联合博来霉素在治疗恶性胸腔积液患者中不仅临床效果显著、安全性好,而且也可明显改善患者的生活质量,值得进一步在临床中推广应用.

Clinical effect of eddy injection combined with bleomycin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

Objective To study clinical effect of eddy injection combined with bleomycin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods 132 cases of malignant pleural effusion in our hospital during January 2010 and December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received traditional treatment of malignant pleural effusion,while observation group received eddy injection combined with bleomycin therapy.Observed and compared the clinical curative effect,the quality of life and the rate of adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment between two groups.Results ① The treatment efficiency of observation group was as high as 77.6％,significantly higher than 55.4％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).② After treatment,KPS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group [(80.0±6.5) vs.(72.5±5.8)],and after a period of treatment,the improvement rate of life quality was significantly higher than that of control group (74.6％ vs.49.2％),and the deterioration rate of life quality was significantly lower than that of control group (4.5％ vs.15.4％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).(③ Compared with control group,observation group had a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions in the process of treatment,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of eddy injection combined with bleomycin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is remarkable,with good security,which also can obviously improve patients' quality of life,and is worth further popularization and application in clinical.
