大鼠脑实质内接触脑脊液胶质细胞

摘    要:
为探讨脑实质内是否存在接触脑脊液胶质细胞,将霍乱毒素亚单位B注入6只大鼠单侧侧脑室,结果在双侧隔区实质的隔外侧核背侧部和腹侧部分别见有形态完整的胶质细胞被逆,顺行标记,这一发现首次表明在脑实质的某些特定部位存在着远位的接触脑脊液胶质细胞,此为认识脑内胶质细胞的复杂功能提供了新的资料。

Abstract:
To explore whether there exist glia cells contacting cerebrospinal fluid in brain parenchyma, cholera toxin subunite B with horseradise peroxidase (CB-HRP) (30%) was injected into the lateral ventricle (LV) in 6 rats. The labelled glia cells were found in the dorsal and ventral part of the lateral septal nucleus. The result indicate that there are glia cells contacting CSF in the special regions of brain parenchema. These glia cells could absorb and transport CB-HRP anter-gradelly and retrogradelly. It is suggested that glia cells can transport substances (even macro-molecules) and transmit information from the brain parenchyma to CSF and vice versa. The study presents a fresh evidence for further recongnizing the complex functions of glia cells.
