| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨分析基层医院早期静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的安全性及临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2005年8月-2010年12月在我院住院治疗并早期采用心电监测下尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的20例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料。结果:所有溶栓患者均成功再通。最终存活17例;死亡3例,其中男2例,女性、糖尿病患者1例。治疗后出现上消化道出血、尿道出血各1例。结论:基层医院早期对急性心肌梗死患者行静脉溶栓治疗,可以减少并发症的发生、降低死亡率、提高再通成功率,安全可行,易于推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect and safety of treatment with early intravenous thrombolysis on acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in the primary hospital.Methods:We chosed 20 patients with AMI hospitalized from August 2005 to December 2010 in our hospital,who were treated with urokinase by injection in early time of AMI.Results:All the patients were thrombolytic successfully.After treatment,there were 17 cases alive,and 3 cases died.However,1 case suffered upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the other suffere... |
