截哮口服液对RSV感染小鼠IL-4,IL-5的影响

摘    要:目的:观察截哮口服液对RSV感染小鼠血清中IL-4、IL-5的影响。方法:将70只小鼠随机分成截哮口服液高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、病毒唑组、模型组、正常组,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组小鼠血清中IL-4、IL-5的水平。结果:截哮口服液各剂量组与病毒唑组比较IL-4均有显著差异(P〈0.05);中剂量组、病毒唑组与模型组比较IL-4有显著差异(P〈0.05)。中剂量组与病毒唑组比较IL-5有显著差异(P〈0.05),中剂量组和病毒唑组与正常组比较IL-5有显著差异(P〈0.05),中剂量组与高剂量组、低剂量组、模型组比较IL-5有显著差异(P〈0.05);高剂量组和低剂量组比较IL-5无显著差异。结论:截哮口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒感染小鼠血清中IL-4、IL-5有降低作用。

Abstract:To observe the effect of Jiexiao Oral Liquid(JXOL) on IL-4,IL-5 expression in RSV-infected mice.Methods:seventy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,i.e.high,middle,low dose JXOL groups,Virazole group,model group and normal group.IL-4,IL-5 levels of mice in every group were detected with ELISA.Results:IL-4 in high,middle and low dose JXOL groups were nonsignificantly different from Virazole group(P>0.05),but in middle dose JXOL and Virazole groups showed significant difference as compared with model group(P<0.05),IL-5 in middle dose JXOL and Virazole groups was nonsignificant,but middle dose JXOL and Virazole groups showed significant difference as compared with normal group(P<0.05).IL-5 in the middle dose group also showed significant difference as compared with the high,low dose and model groups(P<0.05).IL-5 in the high and low dose group showed nonsignificant.Conclusion:JXOL was effective in depressing IL-4 and IL-5 in the serum of RSV-infected mice.
