摘 要: | 目的:测定厚朴叶中微量元素的含量。方法:用电感耦合火焰原子发射分光分析仪仪器(ICP—AES)测定湿法消解法和水煎法处理所得的厚朴叶样品,并比较这两种样品中微量元素含量。结果:水煎液中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn6种元素的含量分别为51.21、83.11、1.33、4.42、0.07、1.48μg/g;湿法消解液中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn6种元素的含量分别为580.57、278.63、17.21、16.72、1.02、8.25μg/g。结论:湿法消解液中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn6种元素的含量高于水煎液中这6种元素的含量,采用电感耦合火焰原子发射分光分析仪仪器(ICP—AES)测定厚朴叶中微量元素,操作简单,结果准确,为探讨厚朴叶中微量元素含量与药理关系提供了有用的数据。

Abstract: | objective:Determine the content of trace elements of the Magnolia leaves . Method: By Inductively coupled atomic emission spectroscopic analyzer instrument (ICP - AES) determine the Magnolia leaf sample solution which is got by wet digestion method and the decoction method , and compare the content of trace element in the two sample solutions. The 6 elements contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in the decoction are 51.21,83.11,1.33,4.42,0.07,1.48μg /g. But in the wet digestion solution , they are 580.57, 278.63,17,21,16.72,1.02,8.25 μg/g . Result: The 6 elements contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in the Wet digestion solution are higher than they in the decoction. Using inductively coupled atomic emission spectrometry analyzer instrument ( ICP - AES) to determine the trace elements in Magnolia leaves, the operation is simple. Which also provide useful data to the exploration of the relationships between the Magnolia leaves trace elements and Medicine principles. |
