哮喘患者自我效能与自我管理水平的相关性分析

目的：探讨成人支气管哮喘患者自我效能与自我管理水平之间的关系.方法：以方便取样法选择120例门诊成人哮喘患者,采用《慢性病自我管理研究测量表》中的自我效能量表和自我管理行为量表调查哮喘患者的自我效能和自我管理水平,并分析两者之间的相关性.结果：成人支气管哮喘患者自我效能与自我管理水平偏低；哮喘患者的自我效能与自我管理水平呈正相关.结论：科学运用自我效能理论设计和开展哮喘患者自我管理项目,提高患者的自我管理水平,从而提高哮喘患者的生存质量.

Investigation on self-efficacy and self-management of patients with asthmatic

Objective： To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of patients with asthma. Methods： A convenience sample of 120 patients with asthma was investigated by chronic disease self-efficacy scale and self-management behaviors measuring scale. Results： Both the level of self-efficacy and self-management of patients with asthma were low. The analysis showed that the level of self-efficacy was positive correlated with the level of self-management in asthmatic. Conclusion： The self-efficacy and self-management should be designed in health education program so as to elevate nursing quality and the quality of life of patients with asthma.
