摘 要: | 通过酶抑制率法检测市售蔬菜样本的农药残留分析,结果表明,酶抑制率法测定农药残留超标率简便、快速、成本低,测定方法应用和推广前途较为广泛。

Abstract: | The rate of enzyme inhibition assay for the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables samples analysis, the results show that exceed the standard for pesticide residues in vegetables, the determination of the rate of the method is simple, rapid, low cost.
