星状神经节阻滞对缺氧性肺动脉高压兔的肺动脉压、血液流变学的影响

摘    要:
目的 :观察星状神经节阻滞对缺氧性肺动脉高压兔的肺动脉压、血液流变学的影响。方法 :日本大耳白兔 2 4只 ,随机分四组 :分别为正常对照组 (N)、单纯星状神经节阻滞组 (G)、单纯缺氧组 (H)、缺氧 +星状神经节阻滞组 (HG) ,每组均为 6只。开胸后 ,从肺动脉取血测血液流变学指标 ,同时测肺动脉压 (PAP)。结果 :缺氧组 :肺动脉压显著升高 ,全血中、低切粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积与对照组相比显著升高 ;星状神经节阻滞后与缺氧组相比 ,肺动脉压显著下降 ,但血液流变学指标无明显变化。结论 :星状神经节阻滞可降低肺动脉压 ,其降压机制与血液流变学的改变本身无直接关系 ,可能因星状神经节阻滞扩张肺动静脉血管、改善微循环有关

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of stellate ganglion bock(SGB) on pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) and hemorheology of hypoxia pulmonary hypertension(PHP) in rabbits. Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups which were control(N), SGB(G), hypoxia(H) and hypoxia+SGB(HG).PAP and hemorheology were controlsurvey. Results PAP and hemorheology were significantly higher in group H than in group N, PAP in group HG was significantly lower than group H, but its hemorheology showed no difference from group H. Conclusions Mechanisms of PAP decreasing after SGB is not related to hemorheology but to improvement of microcirculation.
