阻生智齿拔除后口服裸花紫珠片的临床疗效观察

目的以氨苄西林和甲硝唑作为对照药进行随机对照临床试验,评价裸花紫珠片应用于低位下颌阻生智齿拔除后的临床疗效。方法本试验采用随机对照试验设计方法完成可评估病例124例,其中试验组61例,对照组63例;试验组拔牙后给予裸花紫珠2片,Tid×7d。对照组剂量为口服氨苄西林胶囊0.5gTid和甲硝唑0.4gBid×7d。术后0.5h、第2天和第7天复诊,判断拔牙后并发症的发生情况。采用双盲法进行研究,比较两组患者并发症发生率的差异。结果试验组拔牙后出血、感染、疼痛、肿胀、干槽症的发生率均低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论口服裸花紫珠片应用于预防低位下颌阻生智齿拔后并发症的疗效肯定,值得推广。

A clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine Luohuazizhu tablet on preventing the complication of impacted teeth extraction

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Luohuazizhu tablet on preventing the complication of impacted teeth extraction. [Methods] 124 teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All teeth were extracted after local anesthesia. Tab Luohuazizhu was given to experimental group and Cap. Ampicillin and metronidazole were given to control group. The complication of teeth extraction was observed on 0.5 hour, 2 days and 7 days after extraction. [Results] The incidence rate of bleeding, infection, pain, swelling and dry socket after teeth extraction in experimental group was lower than those of control group, and the difference between them was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The results demonstrate that Luohuazizhu tablet can prevent the occurrence of complication of impacted teeth extraction and can be used in clinic.
