下颌第二乳磨牙髓室底穿孔三种材料修复的疗效观察

摘    要:目的通过对髓底穿孔的下颌第二乳磨牙进行修补疗效进行研究,为临床选择正确的治疗方法提供依据。方法随机抽取73例下颌第二乳磨牙,用羟基磷灰石、氢氧化钙和复方氧化锌进行分组修补穿孔、然后进行根管治疗、玻璃离子充填以及全冠修复。结果3种修补材料中以羟基磷灰石的修补效果明显好于氢氧化钙和复方氧化锌(P〈0.05),其它两种材料差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论以羟基磷灰石进行髓室底修补对保存患牙疗效较好,值得推广。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the effect of three materials in repairing pulp chamber perforation of mandibular second deciduous molars so as to supply the scientific basis for clinical application. [Methods] 73 second deciduous acolars were divided into three groups and repaired by hydroxyapatites, calcium hydroxide and compound zinc oxide respectively ,then we filled by glass ionomercement. [Result] Hydroxyapatites was better than other two materials (P〈0.05), and calcium hydroxide and compound zinc oxide had no difference (P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] It is more better to recommend the hydroxyapatites for repairing pulp chamber perforation of deciduous teeth.
