手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症及其效果分析

目的：对微创小切口椎间盘髓核摘除疗法应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果进行分析评价。方法：48例腰椎间盘突出症症患者随机分为观察组和对照组两组，疗程结束后所有对象均进行调查研究，并对2组患者治疗结果进行比较。结果：观察组在治疗后临床效果明显优于对照组。结论：微创小切口椎间盘髓核摘除疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方式有明显效果，值得在临床推广。

Analysis of the Effect on Surgical Treatment of the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective： To evaluate the treatment effect of Small incision minimally invasive discectomy treatment of the patients with Lumbar disc herniation. Methods ： LDH 48 cases were randomLy divided into the Observer groups and the control groups, each with 24 cases, treatment after the end of all objects are assessing the effects and treatment of patients with results of the two groups were compared. Results ： The Observer groups after treatment in a clinical effect is better than the control group. Conclusion ： The manner of Small incision minimally invasive discectomy treatment of the patients with Lumbar disc herniation is worthy of treatment in clinical nractice.
