| 摘 要： | 慢性胃炎 ,是临床常见病之一。由于其病因病机复杂 ,病性的多样化 ,临床治疗较为棘手。尤其是一些难治性慢性胃炎 ,由于病程长 ,病情复杂 ,且经多种方法的治疗 ,临床上往往表现为对立的病机同时存在于同一病变过程中 ,治疗则更难。笔者根据《温病条辨》“治中焦如衡 ,非平不安”的原则 ,从调升降、辨寒热、平虚实、和燥湿等方面 ,对难治性慢性胃炎进行探讨性的治疗 ,收效良好。 |

| Abstract: | According principle of treating middle burner disease is like balanced method in Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases. Through regulation of upbearing and downbearing,cold and heat,vacuity and repletion,dryness and dampness treat the difficulty to cured chronic gastritis. |
