| 摘 要： | 目的 了解针刺配合卧位手法牵引治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法 根据受压部位的不同 ,将 175例病人分成椎动脉第2段受压与椎动脉第 3段受压两部分 ,均随机分为治疗组、对照组进行观察。结果 两部分均显示治疗组痊愈率高于对照组 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 治疗颈性眩晕 ,针刺与卧位手法牵引具有相辅相承的作用

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the treatment of cervical vertigo by acupuncture in combination with clinostatic manutal traction. Method One hundred and seventy five patients were classified into two parts according to the pressed position: pressure on the second segment and pressure on the third segment of the vertebral artery. Both were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group for observation. Results In both parts, the recovery rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group and there was a significant difference ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture and clinostatic manual traction have a supplemental effect on each other in treating cervical vertigo. |
