| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析时急性并发症的原因及预防。方法对行血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者38例6640例次血液透析中产生的各种并发症归类进行统计学处理。结果常见的急性并发症是低血压、高血压、肌肉痉挛、心律失常、腹痛、发冷发热。结论血液透析中急性并发症如果及时发现和处理常无需中断透析。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cause and prevention of acute complications of the patients with chronic renal failure during hemodialysis. Methods To classify and deal with various complications of 38 patients with chronic renal failure treated with hemodialysis for 6640 times by statistical method. Results Common acute complications are hypotension, hypertension, muscular cramps,arrhythmia, abdominal pain, feeling cold and fever. Conclusion It is not necessary to discontinue hemodialysis if acute complications are detected and treated in time. |
