Objective to Observe the Clinical Effect of Salpingostomy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Salpingitis Infertility

Objective to observe the clinical effect of salpingostomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with tubal inflammatory infertility with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tubal drainage,and the treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the degree of oviduct patency,the level of related factors in the serum,pregnancy rate and safety analysis were observed in the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.0%(46/50),which was higher than that of the control group,64.0%(32/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of tubal patency in the treatment group was 90.0%(45/50),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,66.0%(33/50),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,54.0%(27/50)of successful pregnancy in the treatment group was significantly higher than 26.0%(13/50)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the SAS and SDS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of salpingostomy and traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect in treating tubal inflammatory infertility patients with stagnation of blood and blood stasis.It can effectively improve tubal patency,reduce inflammatoryreactions,and increase pregnancy rates.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
