儿童复杂先天性心脏病的双源CT诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨双源CT(DSCT)对儿童复杂先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:32例复杂先天性心脏病儿童,年龄7天~14岁,采用DSCT心电门控下对比增强完成心脏检查,收缩末期重建原始图像,并在图形图像工作站完成多平面(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和三维容积漫游(VR)处理。结果:32例复杂先心病中DSCT共检出165处心内外结构异常。DSCT检出心内畸形74处、心室大血管连接异常14处、心外血管异常77处。结论:DSCT可以清晰地显示复杂先心病的心内外畸形,有助于临床手术方案的制定与完善。

Dual-source CT (DSCT) in Diagnosis of Complex Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) in Children.

Abstract:Objective To explore the chnical values of dual-source CT (DSCT) in diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease (CCHD) in children. Methods 32 patients (age 7days to 14 years) with diagnosed CCHD underwent cardiac CT with dual-source CT machine. Two-and three-dimensional images were performed by means of MPR (coronal, sagited and oblique), MIP and VR. Results DSCT revealed 165 anomalies. DSCT detected 74, 14 and 77 of intraeardie anomalies, abnomal connection of atrium or ventricle to great vessels and extraeardie vessel anomalies. Conclusions As a non-invasive imaging technique, DSCT can Clearly show the interhal and external cardiac malformation in complex congenital heart disease and contribute to clinical operations.
