| 摘 要： | 目的：比较根管显微镜下离体上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管（MB2）的发现率与实际发生率的差异,为推广根管显微镜的临床应用提供依据。方法：离体上颌第一磨牙90个,分为两组,A组45个牙,采用改良开髓口,根管显微镜下探查寻找MB2并记录其发现率;B组45个牙,制成透明标本,观察近颊根的解剖形态,记录MB2的发生率,并与根管显微镜下MB2发现率相比较。结果：根管显微镜下A组MB2的发现率82.22%,透明牙标本B组显示的MB2发生率86.66%,二者之间不存在显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：使用根管显微镜,MB2的发现率接近于其实际发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find whether there was any difference between the occurrence of mesiobuccal 2nd canal (MB2) and its detection rate with root canal microscope. Method: 90 extracted maxillary first molars were divided into 2 groups.
