直接复制X线胶片与原片的成像质量比较研究

目的本文旨在探讨直接复制X光胶片图像质控标准和评估方法。材料和方法：使用铝锑片及人体不同部位投照的标准片做为原片，沪产Ⅱ型复制片进行复制，常规冲洗后用密度计分别测值列表并作曲线图进行比较和统计学分析。结果：得出复制片密度理论值公式：y＝｜－0．39＋1．25x｜和高、中、低三个密度区的允许范围（S）：0、063；0．071；0、093。对原—复片的阶差及灰阶分析无明显差异。结论：用国产材料进行影像复制在密度、对比度、清晰度等方面可基本满足临床诊断的需要。

Comparing Study of Positive Duplicating Film and Original Film on Imaging Quality

Purpose: To explore the quality control criteria and evaluation method on duplicating film imaging. Materials and evaluation method on duplicating film imaging. Materials and methods:The duplicating film was made from Al-steps and plain radiographies. After conventional proeessing, the densities value of original film and duplicating film were separately measured by density- meter. Making the tables and drawing the characteristic curve which were available for comparison and statiscal analysis. Results: Statiscal analysis got that theory densiting value formula was: Y = |-0.39 1. 25x | and their densities value was separated into three degree regions in order of high, middle and low, in each of their allowed extent (S) were:0.063, 0.071and 0.093. measuring showed that no significant difference existed between original film and duplicating film in desiting value and grey scale. Conclusion: The image quality of duplicating film which processed from domestic material was met the clinical diagnostic requirement.
