| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新生儿出生体质量与孕妇体质量指数变化的相关性.方法 选择2006年1月-2007年12月在我院产前检查并分娩且无内科并发症的孕妇1 000例,进行回顾性分析.分别测量并计算孕12周内、孕32周、分娩前孕妇身高和体质量、孕期体质量变化、孕期体质量指数变化,分析新生儿出生体质量与孕期体质量指数变化的相关性.结果 新生儿出生体质量与孕期体质量指数变化有正相关性.结论 孕期按孕周进行营养指导有利于减少围生期并发症,对胎儿生长受限者,应早于孕32周开始治疗,改善妊娠结局. |
