78例疝环充填式无张力疝修补诊治分析

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补对腹股沟的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析6年来本院78例疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术的临床资料。结果全部病例均痊愈,平均住院7d,并发阴囊血肿1例,术后伤口异物感者3例,随访6～36个月无复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术操作简便,疗效可靠,是目前腹股沟疝治疗的最佳术式之一。

78 Cases Tension-free Hernia Ring Filling Type Diagnosis Hernia Repair

Objective Tension-free hernia ring filling type of inguinal hernia repair the therapeutic effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of 6 years our 78 cases of tension-free hernia ring filling the clinical data of hernia repair surgery.Results All cases were cured,the aerage hospital 7d scrotum hematoma complicated cases,foreign body sensation,postoperative wound in 3 and 6-36 months of follow-up.Conclusion Tension-free hernia ring filling type operation hernia repair,the effect is reliable,the optimal surgical treatment of inguinal hernia.
