细叶榕水提物镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察细叶榕树水提物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,抗炎实验采用二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀法、鸡蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀法。结果细叶榕水提物灌胃可明显提高小鼠热板法痛阈值(P<0.01或0.05)。对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为74.17%。细叶榕水提取物对致炎剂引起的渗出、水肿均有明显的抑制作用,该药灌胃对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀、鸡蛋清引起的大鼠足趾肿胀有良好的预防作用(P<0.01或0.05)。结论细叶榕水提物对实验动物模型具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of extracts of F.microcarpa branches and leaves(E-FBL) on mice models.Methods The experimental analgesic mice models were obtained by hot-plate procedure and writhing test,and the anti-inflammatory models were obtained from mice or rats with xylene-induced mouse ear edema,egg white-induced rat paw edema.Results In analgesic experiments: the pain threshold in mice undergoing hot-plate procedure increased significantly after being taken E-FBL(P<0.01 or 0.05);and E-FBL had a significant inhibition on the acetic acid-induced writhing reaction in mice,the inhibitory rate was 74.17%.In anti-inflammatory experiments: EFBL had a marked inhibitory effect on exudation and edema in model mice,i.e.,E-FBL had a good preventive action to xylene-induced mouse ear edema,egg white-induced rat paw edema(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion E-FBL has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on above mentioned animal models.
