摘    要:脑血管疾病病死率高。由于脑血管迂曲、细小,以及脑血管支架置入手术的风险比其他部位血管高许多,所以脑血管支架置入器械开发难度也较大。研发的首要任务之一就是选用合适的生物医用材料。生物材料表面可激活和放大补体旁路途径,使补体C3转变为C3b样分子,形成C3转化酶C3bBb,使补体在生物材料表面被活化。

Abstract:Cerebrovascular disease has high fatality. As the cerebral vessels are circuitous and thin and the risk of cerebrovasular stenting is high, the development of cerebrovasular stent is difficult. The primary task of development is to select appropriate biomedical materials. The biomedical material surface can activate and amplify alternative pathway of complement, transform complement C3 into C3b-like molecule, forming C3 convertase C3bBb, ultimately activating complements on the biomedical material surface.
