泰安地区儿童微量元素调查分析

摘    要:目的了解泰安地区儿童外周血微量元素(Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn)和血铅(Pb)含量的情况,以便更好地指导儿童合理的膳食结构。方法以2007~2009年该院查体的0~14岁儿童6570例为对象,采集末梢血,分别利用北京博晖创新光电技术股份公司生产的BH5100型原子吸收光谱仪和BH2100B型原子吸收光谱仪分别进行血Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn5种微量元素和血铅含量的测定,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果目前儿童5种微量元素失衡状况严重,缺乏较多的微量元素是Zn和Fe,分别占24.89%和18.77%,Ca缺乏情况较轻,Cu、Mg缺乏相对较少,Pb中毒占9.30%;微量元素缺乏比例男女之间差异无统计学意义,农村儿童高于城镇儿童。结论应该进一步加大健康知识宣传力度特别是农村地区,在儿童保健中应科学、合理地补充微量元素,并尽量减少Pb暴露机会。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the trace elements and blood lead contents of children in Taian district,in order to guide reasonable dietary structure for children.Methods 6 570 children receiving physical examination in our center from 2007 to 2009 were selected.Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe in finger blood were measured by BH5100,and Pb was measured by BH2100B.Then the data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results The five kinds of trace elements in children were in serious imbalance,the lack rate of Zn was 24.89% and Fe was 18.77%,which were higher than that of Ca,lead poisoning rates was 9.30%.Difference between male and female had no statistic significance,rural area children was higher than city and town children.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education and reasonable diet,especially in rural areas.Children should be scientificly and rationally added trace elements,and the chance of lead exposure should be minimized.
