摘    要:目的探讨双向冲水法用于无肝素血液透析中对患者透析器及静脉壶凝血程度、透析时间的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月于医院行无肝素血液透析的62例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组予以传统冲水法,观察组予以双向冲水法,比较两组透析器及静脉壶凝血程度、透析时间。结果两组透析器凝血程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组静脉壶凝血程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双向冲水法可降低无肝素血液透析患者静脉壶凝血程度,延长透析时间,增强透析效果。

Abstract:Objective The effects of bidirectional water flushing method on the degree of blood coagulation occurred in dialyzers and venous drip chamber and the dialysis time of patients in hemodialysis without heparin were explored.Methods 62 patients treated with heparin-free hemodialysis in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each.The control group adopted traditional flushing method,while the observation group was given the bidirectional water flushing method.The coagulation degree of dialyzers and venous drip chamber and the dialysis time between the two groups were compared.Results When the coagulation degree of the dialyzers between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the coagulation degree occurred in venous drip chamber in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the dialysis time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bidirectional water flushing method could reduce the degree of blood coagulation occurred in venous drip chamber in patients treated with heparin-free hemodialysis,prolong hemodialysis time,and enhance the effect of dialysis.
