| 泰必利治疗血管性头痛120例 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨泰必利治疗血管性头痛的效果。方法 将240例临床确诊的血管性头痛患者随机分成两组:即治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予泰必利100mg口服,每日3次;对照组给予心得安10mg,每日3次。连续服用7天进行观察。结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.67％,对照组的总有效率为48.83％,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 泰必利是一种安全有效的治疗血管性头痛的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Tiapridum tovascular headache. Methods 240 patients with vascular headachewere divided into two groups randomly: treatment group andcontrol group. In treatment group, Tiapridum was given 100mg,P. O 3times evevy day, In Control group. Propranolol was givenlOmg, P .O. Stimes every day.The effect was observed after the7th dayduring the treating course. Results The total effect rate intreatment group and control group was 96.67% and 48.83%respectively. The effect of treatment group was more significantthan control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion Tiapridum was aeffective medicine in treating vascular headache. |
