老年人白内障人工晶体植入术后低视力110例

目的 探讨老年人白内障人工晶体术后低视力的原因。方法 回顾性分析110例(115眼)老年白内障患，均行小切口晶状体囊外除人工晶体植入术，术后随访3个月—2年滞眼镜、裂隙灯显微镜检查，观察矫正视力及眼前、后节情况。结果 25例(27眼，24．55％)矫正视力低于0．3，其中手术并发症6例(6眼)，术前原有并发症19例(21眼)。结论 手术并发症和术前原有眼病是术后低视力的发生原因。应重视老年白内障患术前详细的眼部检查。

110 cases of low vision after IOL implantation in advanced age patients

Objective To discuss the causes of low vision after small incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation in advanced age patients. Methods All patients( 110 cases, 115 eyes) were performed with small incision cataract extraction and IOL implantation. The corrected vision was observed after operation. Results After operation the corrected vision in 25 cases (27 eyes) were under 0. 3 at the time of the third month. The complications before surgery were in 19 cases (21 eyes) and that of surgery were in 6 cases (6 eyes). Conclusion The causes of low vision were complications of operation and before operation. It is important to examine pre - operatiue complications of the eye and to improve the surgery skill.
