| 摘 要： | 该文提供了延迟脐带结扎对母亲及足月新生儿出生结局影响的简要概述。延迟结扎脐带不会增加产后出血的发生率,并有很好的证据显示可改善新生儿的血容量及铁储备,其作用可延续至婴儿期,减少婴儿期贫血的风险。另外,在影响新生儿黄疸方面,脐带早期和延迟结扎无明显差异。

| Abstract: | This article provided a brief overview of the effect of delayed cord clamping on maternal and term infants outcomes .Delayed cord clamping will not cause the increase of postpartum hemorrhage , and there are good evidences that neonatal blood volume and iron reserves can be improved .The effect will continue till infancy , and reduce the risk of anemia .In the aspect of neonatal jaundice , there is no difference between the early and delayed cord clamping . |
