羊水细胞培养技术在产前诊断中的初步应用

目的探索简便易行、成功率高的羊水细胞培养方法并在产前诊断中初步应用。方法抽取52例有产前诊断指征的孕17～24周孕妇的羊水,采用全营养培养基进行羊水细胞培养。结果52例羊水全部培养成功。其中51例一次培养即获得足够染色体分裂相,1例由于细胞克隆数少而依靠传代培养后获得成功。结论羊水细胞采用全营养培养基和适当的实验程序进行培养,成功率较高,在产前诊断的初步应用中获得了满意的结果。

Application on amniotic cell culture in prenatal diagnosis

Objective To study the application on amino-cell culture in prenatal diagnosis.Methods 52 specimens of amniotic fluid were extracted from pregnant women during 17~24th weeks gestation,then were cultured and karyotyped.Results All cases were success once time,among which 51 cases to be successful in the first time,and 1 case has less number of colone,we go on with culture and have good result.Conclusion Amniotic fluid cells culture has a higher success rate,acquiring the satisfied result in prenatal diagnosis.
