摘    要: 目的建立一种用HPLC测定石斛中石斛碱含量的方法。方法Waters XTerraTM RP18色谱柱(3.9mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(21∶79∶0.005),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为210nm。结果石斛碱在30.9~618mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=3191.5ρ+14191(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.11%,RSD为2.60%。结论应用HPLC测定石斛中石斛碱含量的方法简便、准确、可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dendrobin in Dendrobium nobile. METHODS The determination was carried out on a Waters XTerraTM RP18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitril-water-triethylamine (21∶79∶0.005)as the mobile phase. The UV wavelength was 210 nm . RESULTS The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 30.9-618 mg·L-1 with the regression equation Y=3 191.5ρ+14 191 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.11% (RSD=2.61%). CONCLUSION The method was proved to be simple, accurate, reproducible, and feasible for determining the content of dendrobin in D. nobile.
