“一品茗川”植物饮料对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响

目的：观察＂一品茗川＂植物饮料对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。方法：以正常、肾上腺素负荷、阿托品负荷小鼠为研究模型,采用炭末推进法,观察一次性灌胃给予＂一品茗川＂植物饮料1.2g生药/kg、2.4g生药/kg对正常、肾上腺素负荷、阿托品负荷小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果：＂一品茗川＂饮料低、高剂量组可促进正常小鼠的小肠运动（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;对肾上腺素、阿托品负荷引起的小肠推进抑制有明显的拮抗作用（P〈0.01）。结论：＂一品茗川＂植物饮料对小鼠小肠推进运动有良好的促进作用。

Effect of Yipinmingchuan vegetable drink on Small Intestinal Propulsive Function in Mice

Objective：To observe the effect of Yipinmingchuan vegetable drink （YPMC） on small intestinal propulsive function in mice. Methods：after a single intragastric administration of YPMC at different doses,effect of YPMC on small intestinal propulsive function caused by epinephrine,atropine and that in normal mice were observed by charcoal powder method. Results：YPMC could obviously increase small intestinal movement in normal mice （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. low and high doses of YPMC could antagonize inhibiting effect of the intestinal movement in mice caused by epinephrine or atropine （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：YPMC has good effect on promoting the small intestinal propulsive movement in mice.
