益气活血法治疗非肾病综合征IgA肾病效果分析

目的观察加用益气活血法治疗非肾病综合征IgA肾病患者的效果。方法观察2010-01/2013-12月作者医院肾内科及肾内科门诊进行治疗的非肾病综合征IgA肾病患者80例,随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血中药方剂治疗。以治疗16周为观察节点,观察患者的血尿、蛋白尿、肾功能等指标。结果干预组患者的血尿、蛋白尿、肾功能等指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学（P〈0.05）。结论加用益气活血法中药方剂治疗,可以更好的控制非肾病综合征IgA肾病患者的血尿、减少蛋白尿,提高治疗有效率。

Effect of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Method on Non-nephrotic Syndrome of IgA Nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation method on non-nephrotic syndrome of IgA nephropathy in patients.Methods Eighty patients with the non nephrotic syndrome of IgA nephropathy were treated in non nephropathy in kidney and renal department of internal medicine clinic in Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture central hospital in January 2010/December 2013.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the intervention group accepted supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of conventional therapy.In the treatment of 16 weeks to observe the hematuria,proteinuria,renal function indexes of patients.Results The hematuria,proteinuria and other indicators of patients in the intervention group were better than those of the control group,which showed statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation methed of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control of hematuria and proteinuria of patients with non nephrotic syndrome of IgA nephropathy can be better,which can improve the treatment efficiency.
