团体心理辅导在海岛官兵心理健康维护中的应用

目的总结分析团体心理辅导在海岛官兵心理健康维护中的应用效果。方法选择2009-06/2013-06月期间接诊的1126例海岛官兵为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各563例,对照组官兵给予个别心理咨询辅导,观察组官兵给予团体心理辅导,利用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）、自尊量表（self-esteem scale,SES）、16项人格因素问卷（16 items personality factors questionnaire,16-PF）进行效果评估。结果观察组的海岛官兵经团体心理辅导之后SCL-90各因子评分明显低于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组辅导后SES评分（38.05±1.92）分明显高于对照组（28.75±3.81）分,差异显著（t=51.7216,P〈0.05）;观察组辅导之后16-PF各因子评分明显优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论团体心理辅导在海岛官兵心理健康维护中应用效果较好,值得推广使用。

Application of Group Counseling on Psychological Health Maintenance of Soldiers on Island

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of group counseling in maintenance of the island soldiers＇ mental health.Method A total of 1126 island soldiers from June 2009 to June 2013 were studied and randomly divided into observation group and controlled group with563 cases in each group.The control group accepted individual psychological advisory counselling,and the observation group accepted group psychological counseling.Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）,and self-esteem scale（SES）,and 16 items personality factors questionnaire（16-PF）were utilized for effect assessment.Results Each SCL-90 factor score of observer group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The SES score（38.05±1.92）of the observer group after counseling was significantly higher than（28.75±3.81）of the control group,notably（t=51.7216,P〈0.05）.16-PF factor scores of the observer group after counseling were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Group counseling has good application effect in the island soldiers＇ mental health,and is worthy of promotion.
