某战区团级医院等级评审现场检查情况分析

目的准确评估受评医院发展水平,发现不足,为持续改进提供依据。方法采用听取汇报、查阅资料、调取数据、现场检查、跟踪病例等方法,对受评医院进行全面检查。结果掌握了各受评医院建设发展水平和服务保障情况,在充分肯定成绩的同时,督导医院持续整改存在的问题。结论通过开展评审引导医院从外延扩张向内涵发展转变、从投入驱动向科技推动转变、从粗放经营向精细管理转变,初步实现了医院转型升级的目标。

Inspection of Grade Appraisal for Regimental Hospitals in Certain War Zone

Objective To evaluate the level of the development of these hospitals being checked,so as to point out shortcomings and provide a basis for further improvement.Methods Through debriefing,consulting documents,obtaining data,checking up on the frontline and following the case of illness,we evaluated these hospitals comprehensively.Results We have fully grasped the level of hospital development and the situation of service support,which was helpful to affirm the achievements and to supervise the sustained rectification.Conclusions Through this process,the hospitals are guided from extensive expansion to connotation development,from input driven to technology driven,from extensive management to meticulous management,and the goal of reformation and upgrading has been briefly achieved.
