改良后的埋线法重睑术46例分析

目的：探讨改良后的埋线法重睑术的方法。方法：在重睑线内、中、外两点设计三个4mm微小切口，经外切口去除少许眼轮匝肌及部分眶隔脂肪。然后采用埋线结扎法形成重睑，并且在外切口处用6—0的缝合线将皮肤与上睑提肌腱膜缝合一针，6d后拆线。结果：46例患者术后27例随访6个月一2年，均形态自然，切口无明显瘢痕，获得满意效果。结论：该术式操作简单，损伤小，恢复快，术后弧线流畅自然、美观。

Modified Method of Embedding Ligation of Double Eyelid Operation of 46 Patients Analysis

Objective ：To discuss the modified method of embedding ligation of double eyelid operation. Methods： Designed three small incision in the point of the double eyelid line, through outside incision remove a little eye orbicularis muscle and orbital fat from the outside incision. Then and adopting embedding ligation method product the double eyelid. The incisions were stitched to the tarsal fascia to form the crease. 6 days take out stitches. Results ：27 cases of the 46 patients postoperative were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, all form natural, incision without obvious scar and satisfactory effect. Conclusions：This operation is a simple operation with a little injury,faster recovery, arc smooth, natural and beautiful.
