美沙酮维持综合干预对海洛因依赖者心理和社会功能康复效果影响的研究

目的:探讨美沙酮维持综合治疗对海洛因依赖者心理和社会功能康复效果的影响.方法:将符合研究样本条件的患者1 128例.按入组时单双号随机分成两组,单号为综合治疗组(I组,566人);双号为对照组(II组,562人).I组患者在接受系统的药物维持治疗的基础上以集中干预、个体干预、家属干预、追踪随访等形式对海洛因依赖者进行综合心理行为干预.II组患者只接受系统的治疗及一般的键康教育.治疗一年比较两组生活质量、脱失率.结果:①I组干预后生活质量(QOL)指数平均分值为83.92,II组为68.58,两组相比差异有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01);②I组干预后QOL平均分值为83.92,干预前平均分值69.48,干预前后比较差异有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01); ③II组治疗后QOL平均分值(68.58)与治疗前平均分值(69.71)比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.852,P>0.05).结论:MMT综合治疗可有效提高海洛因依赖者心理和社会功能的康复,提高生活质量、改善家庭关系,降低脱失率.

The Impacts of Comprehensive Intervention on Psychological and Social Rehabilitation Effects of Heroin Addicts in Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT)

Objective：To explore and discuss the impacts of comprehensive intervention on psychological and social rehabilitation effects of Heroin addicts in Methadone Maintenance Treatment（MMT）.Methods：Recruiting 1 128 patients base on the requirements,and then divided them into two groups randomly by using the odd or even number which gave them while they involving in the treatment.Odd number group named as Group I（566 cases） which is comprehensive treatment group and the even number group,Group II（562 cases）,is control group.Except the systematic medical maintenance treatment,other interventions such as focused intervention,individual intervention,family intervention and follow-up were implemented in the Group I,in order to provide a comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention to Heroin addicts.For Group II,the patients only took the systematic medical maintenance treatment and general health education.After one year treatment,compare the life quality and drop-out rate between Group I and Group II.Results：①The average QOL score of Group I is 83.92 while Group II only get 68.58 after the interventions,there is a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）;②The average QOL score of Group I is 69.48 before the intervention,but after the intervention,the average score increased to 83.92.There is a significant difference between the before and after results（P0.01）;③For Group II,the average QOL score is 68.58 after the intervention,compare with the score（69.71） before the intervention,there is no significant difference（t=0.852,P0.05）.Conclusions：MMT comprehensive intervention effectively improved the psychological and social rehabilitation of the Heroin addicts,nevertheless,it also improved their life quality,family relationship and reduced the drop-out rate.
