| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of plasma ET-1 and serum NSE,NPY levels both before and after treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their significance.Methods Plasma ET-1 and serum NSE,NPY levels were measured with RIA in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment plasma ET-1 and serum NSE,NPY levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).After for 3 months of treatment,the levels dropped... |
