高原特警队员心肺功能与肌力水平的评价

摘    要:目的研究高原特警部队作战队员的体能储备水平、差异性、现行评价标准的适用性,为制定适宜的高原特警部队训练方案提供依据。方法以执行相同作战任务和训练内容的驻青藏高原(n=164)和驻华北平原(n=176)男性特警作战队员为对象,测量反映心肺功能和肌肉力量的指标,参照评价标准进行对比分析。结果(1)高原特警队员心肺功能和肌肉力量水平显著低于平原特警队员;(2)高原特警队员最大摄氧量优、良、中、较差、差者分别占7.3%、14.0%、38.4%、23.2%、17.1%。高原特警队员肌力和肌耐力均未达到合格标准。结论与平原部队和现行体能评价标准比较,高原特警队员心肺功能、肌力水平较低。现行肌力评价标准尚待进一步修订和完善。

EVALUATION OF CARDIOPULMONARY FUNCTION AND MUSCLE STRENGTH OF SPECIAL CONSTABLE AT ALTITUDE

Abstract:Objective To study the level, difference of physical fitness reserve, and the applicability of the existing evaluation criteria, so as to provide the basis for working out a military training scheme for special constable at high altitude. Methods Two groups of special constable with the same mission and training from different places [ Qinghai - Tibet Altitude ( n = 164) and the North China Plain ( n = 176) 3were established as the subjects. Measurement and statistical analysis for the indexes of cardiopulmonary functions and muscle strength were done according to standard evaluation criteria. Results ( 1 ) The level of cardiopulmonary functions and muscle strength in special constable at high altitude were significantly lower than those in plain special constable. (2)7.34% of the altitude special constable was at excellent level of maximal oxygen uptake, and 14.0% ,38.4% ,23.2%, 17.1% were at good, middle, poor, and worse respectively. The muscle strength and endurance of altitude special constable were not up to the standard. Conclusions The level of cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength of altitude special constable is lower than those of plain special constable, so the existing evaluation criteria need further revision.
