| 摘 要： | 目的：检测高海拔地区与低海拔地区多发性骨髓瘤患者血清免疫球蛋白是否有差别.方法：采用德灵BNP特种蛋白分析仪检测不同海拔地区患者血清的免疫球蛋白水平.结果：除IgG在不同性别上比较有显著性差别（P＜0.05）,其它无显著性差别（P＞0.05）.结论：高海拔与低海拔之间多发性骨髓瘤患者免疫球蛋白除性别外,无差别. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the difference of Ig levels of serum in multiple myeloma patients at different elevations.Methods: To test and compare the Ig levels of serum in multiple myeloma patients at 800m altitudes group and over 2 300m altitudes group by BNP special type proteins.Results: There was significant difference(P<0.05) in IgG level between sex,there was no significant difference(P>0.05) in other Ig levels.Conclusions: The Ig levels in multiple myeloma patients were not difference except sex between 800m altitudes group and over 2 300m altitudes group. |
