| 摘 要： | 目的 应用实时三平面组织多普勒(Triplane-TDI)技术评价糖尿病(DM)患者左心室功能及其与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的关系。方法 50例DM患者(DM组)和50名健康志愿者(正常对照组)接受组织多普勒成像(TDI)。在三平面成像基础上,应用定量组织速度、应变率技术测量左心室各壁二尖瓣环运动速度、不同节段(基底段、中间段)的运动速度及应变率;检测2型DM患者的HbA1c。结果 与正常对照组相比,DM组左心室整体收缩功能减低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),整体舒张功能及局部收缩、舒张功能减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HbA1c与舒张功能参数呈线性相关。结论 Triplane-TDI技术能准确评价DM患者早期心肌舒缩功能的变化;参考HbA1c水平可了解DM患者心脏舒张功能的受损情况。
