DCC基因在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨DCC基因在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组化En Vision^TM法，对30例正常大肠组织和91例大肠癌组织中的DCC蛋白表达状态进行检测，并对其结果与各临床病理因素进行相关的统计分析。结果：30例正常大肠组织中DCC均为阳性表达。91例大肠癌中DCC阴性Cox回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析，发现只有分期与DCC表达水平可做为大肠癌独立的预后因素。结论：DCC基因的表达缺失可作为判断大肠癌转移潜能及预后的独立指标。

Expression of Deleted in Colorectal Cancer Gene in colorectal Cancer and its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of DCC(Deleted in Colorectal Cancer gene) protein and clinicopathological characteristics in colorectal cancer.Methods:30 cases with normal colorectal tissue and 91cases with primary colorectal cancer from Dukes A to Dukes C were collected in Zhong Shan Hospital from Jan.1995to Jan.1996.Immunohistochemical assay (En Vision TM ) Was performed to study the expression of DCC protein.All clinic-pathologic factors were analyzed by Cox proportional hazards model. Results:The expression of DCC protein in normal colorectal tissues were all positive.The total negative rate of DCC protein was 43.9% in colorectal cancers.There were significant correlations between DCC expression and the degree of tumor differentiation,distant metastasis after operation and 5ys(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis with the Cox proportional hazards model showed that tumor stage and DCC status were significant independent progonostic factors for colorectal cancers.Conclusions:The reduced expression of DCC gene was regarded as an independent factor that indentified metastasis potential and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
