摘 要: | 目的了解鼠神经生长因子治疗慢性多发性周围神经病的疗效。方法对60例慢性多发性周围神经病患者进行随机和意愿分组,对照组28例,采用基础治疗,而32例治疗组则增加肌肉注射鼠神经生长因子(苏肽生,30ug,O_D,连续2~4周),治疗4周后评价运动功能(MMT评分)、日常生活能力(ADL改良)、末梢型感觉障碍范围及疼痛程度(VAs、McGill)等。结果两组病例在治疗4周后MMT、ADL评分、四肢末梢型感觉障碍的范围、疼痛程度均改善,其中治疗组在四肢末梢型感觉障碍的范围及疼痛程度改善较对照组明显。结论在进行基本治疗的基础上加用鼠源性神经生长因子至少2周,能进一步改善感觉功能障碍,包括使感觉障碍的面积缩小、缓解神经痛和提高患者生活质量,然而其对运动功能改善似乎不明显。

Preliminary assessment of efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor treatment on chronic peripheral polyneuropathy in a clinical trial |

Abstract: | ObjeCtive To assess the efficacy of nerve growth factor treatment on chronic peripheral polyneuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with chronic peripheral polyneuropathy were divided into two groups randomly and willingly. Twenty-eight patients in the control group were treated with basic medicine, and 32 patients in the treatment group were added intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor (Su peptide, 30 ug, QD, 2-4 consecutive weeks) in addition to basic treatment. Motor function (MMT score), ability of daily life (modified ADL), the range of peripheral sensory disturbance and the degree of pain (VAS, McGiI1) were evaluated in all these patients after 4 weeks. Results MMT, ADL score, the range of limbs peripheral sensory disturbance and the degree of pain were improved in patients in both group. Compared with the control group, the disturbance of limbs peripheral sensory and the degree of limbs pain were significantly improved in patients in the treatment group. Conclusions The basic treatment, combined with mouse nerve growth factor for at least 2 weeks, can further improve sensory dysfunction, including reduction of sensory disturbance area, relief of neuropathie pain and improve the quality of patients' life. However, the improvement in motor function does not seem obvious. |
