摘    要:用实时定量PCR检测OLETF大鼠脂肪组织中chemerin及其受体1 mRNA的表达,结果两者表达水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且网膜脂肪组织高于皮下脂肪组织(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明脂肪因子chemerin及其受体1基因表达的变化可能是肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病发病的机制之一.

Abstract:The mRNA expressions of chemerin and its receptor CMKLR1 in adipose tissue of OLETF rats and LETO rats were detected by real-time PCR. The results showed that the two genes mRNA expressions in subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue in OLETF group were significantly higher than those in LETO group (P< 0.05 or P<0.01) and expressions of them in visceral adipose tissue were higher than those in subcutaneous adipose tissue(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), suggesting that chemerin and CMKLR1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of obesity, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
