| 摘 要： | 目的探讨辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效、方法口服辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症96例，每次20mg,晚间顿服，1次／d，连续服用8周、结果辛伐他汀可明显降低血清胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）（P〈0.01），对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平有升高作用（P〈0．01），未出现严重不良反应、结论辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症，疗效明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin on patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods Ninety-six patients with hyperlipidemia received simvastatin 20 mg in the evening every day for 8 weeks.Results After 8-week treatment, the serum concentrations of total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL cholesterol were decreased remarkably(P<0.01), Meanwhile,the serum HDL-cholesterol concentration was increased (P<0.01). No serious side effect was observed.Conclusions Imvastatin is effective for patients with hyperlipidemia. |
