妊娠期糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及尿酸检测的临床价值分析

目的总结血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及尿酸检测在妊娠期糖尿病患者诊断方面的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年4月于该院就医并分娩的孕妇80例,根据其是否患有妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)情况分为GDM组和对照组,按照1:1的比例选择研究对象,每组40例,同时测定所有妊娠期妇女的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CYS-C)以及尿酸(UA)水平。结果GDM组对应Hcy、CYS-C、UA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hcy、CYS-C、UA3项指标联合阳性检出率高于单一指标阳性检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期妇女通过血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及尿酸联合检测,可作为妊娠期糖尿病患者临床诊断的依据,能够反映出不同患者肾脏损伤情况,为患者治疗干预提供依据。

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Serum Homocysteine,Cystatin C and Uric Acid in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Objective To summarize the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and uric acid in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes.Methods 80 pregnant women who went to the hospital and gave birth from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into GDM group and control group according to whether they had gestational diabetes(GDM).The study subjects were selected according to the ratio of 1:1.Group of 40 cases,the homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C(CYS-C)and uric acid(UA)levels of all pregnant women were measured at the same time.Results The corresponding Hcy,CYS-C and UA levels of the GDM group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined positive detection rate of Hcy,CYS-C,and UA was higher than the positive detection rate of single index,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum homocysteine,cystatin C and uric acid in pregnant women can be used as the basis for clinical diagnosis of patients with gestational diabetes,which can reflect the kidney damage of different patients and provide basis for treatment and intervention of patients.
