Research on the Application of Standardized Diet Care in Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyze the application of table conversion diet care in type 2 standardized diet care in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Select 100 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.They were divided into a test group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The test group used standardized diet care,and the control group used routine care nursing,observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The test group was better than the control group in fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after a meal,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the changes in blood lipids of the test group were excellent in TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of standardized diet care for obese patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the patient's blood glucose and blood lipids,and has a good effect on clinical care.
