Analyze the Relationship between Type 2 Diabetes and Hepatitis B Virus Infection

Objective To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and hepatitis B virus infection.Methods The 100 patients diagnosed with hepatitis B virus infection admitted in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to whether they had type 2 diabetes as the grouping principle,the type 2 diabetes was combined with type B diabetes.Patients with hepatitis B virus infection were listed as the observation group of this study,with a total of 50 cases,and patients with simple hepatitis B virus infection were listed as the control group of this study,with a total of 50 cases.The clinical indicators were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the differences in the detection results of the hepatitis B virus serum markers in the control group and the observation group were compared.Results Comparison of HBsAb positive rate,HBcAb positive rate and HBsAg positive rate between the control group and the observation group,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=8.319,11.677,8.306,P<0.05);the HBeAb between the control group and the observation group had no statistically significant difference between the positive rate and the positive rate of HBeAg(P>0.05).Comparing the fasting blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level between the control group and the observation group,the observation group as a whole was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the observation group was virus-negative and low,medium,and high HBV-DNA load of fasting blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the patients showed a significant increasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes and hepatitis B virus infection are closely related.With the continuous development of patients with hepatitis B virus infection,their liver damage will become more and more serious,which will affect their body's glucose metabolism and induce type 2 diabetes.
