Clinical Effect of Blood Glucose Control on Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Liver Cancer and Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood sugar control on postoperative recovery of patients with liver cancer and type 2 diabetes.Methods From Janaury 2019 to Janaury 2020,a total of 65 patients with liver cancer and type 2 diabetes who had undergone partial hepatectomy in the hospital were selected and divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group(33 cases)according to the principle of random allocation.The control group performed routine blood glucose control care,and the observation group performed personalized blood glucose control care.The perioperative blood glucose control time and insulin dosage,hospitalization cost,and incision healing time,and the number of people with postoperative incision infection and the number of people with hypoglycemia of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The observation group's fasting blood glucose,perioperative blood glucose control time,hospital cost and incision healing time were shorter than those of the control group at 1 d before operation and 3 d after operation.At the same time,the perioperative insulin dosage and the number of people with postoperative incision infection and the number of people with hypoglycemia were also less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized blood glucose control care for patients with liver cancer and type 2 diabetes during the perioperative period can shorten the healing time of the patient's postoperative incision and improve the clinical efficacy of the patient's postoperative recovery.
