Application Effect of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Detection in the Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the role of glycosylated hemoglobin detection in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.Methods Fifty patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected for the study,and they were regarded as group A.At the same time,50 healthy persons in the same period were selected as group B.Glycated hemoglobin test was performed on the two groups,and the levels of glycated hemoglobin of the two groups were compared,so as to analyze the value of glycated hemoglobin test in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin level(8.8±1.2)%,fasting blood glucose level(10.6±1.3)mmol/L,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level(15.3±5.5)mmol/L in group A were significantly higher than the glycosylated hemoglobin level in group B(5.1±0.6)%,fasting blood glucose level(4.8±0.4)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level(6.6±1.3)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.500,27.345,10.885,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,the application of glycosylated hemoglobin detection has important reference value and can provide an important reference basis for clinical diagnosis.
