Study on the Clinical Effect of Tongluo Xifeng Recipe in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Acute Stroke

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongluo Xifeng Recipe in treating diabetes complicated with acute stroke.Methods A total of 85 diabetic patients with acute stroke admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and on the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with addition and subtraction of Tongluo Xifeng Recipe.The effective rate,neurological deficit,fasting blood glucose,vascular endothelial function,and hemorheology were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the vascular endothelial function of the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood rheology of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with acute stroke,Tongluo Xifeng Prescription has a significant effect on differentiation and treatment,and it is worthy of clinical use.
