The Clinical Effect of Repaglinide Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes and the Impact Evaluation of HbAlc,FPG and 2 hPG Levels

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of repaglinide combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its influence on the levels of HbA1c,FPG and 2 hPG.Methods The observation subjects in this study were selected from patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital,from April 2019 to April 2020.The patients were divided into two groups by numerical randomization.The control group received repaglinide combined with metformin hydrochloride treatment,and the observation group received repaglinide combined with acarbose.Both groups received three months of treatment for medication,compared the improvement of blood glucose level,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,compared with the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels of the observation group and the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total clinical improvement rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Repaglinide combined with acarbose has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.It can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with high safety.
